I started this business because I love helping people bring their events to life with good food and thoughtful service. I enjoy working closely with clients to understand their vision and make sure every detail is handled. Whether it’s a family gathering, wedding, or community event, I take pride in making sure the experience feels smooth, welcoming, and memorable.

Food has always been a passion of mine, and I believe that the right meal can bring people together in a way nothing else can. Every event is an opportunity to create something meaningful, and I treat each one with care and attention from planning to cleanup.

I’m based in Trinity County, and I enjoy being part of local events and celebrations. My goal is simple: to make catering stress-free for you while providing food and service that people will remember. Also to offer a "Taste of Trinity" on each table/plate I serve. We strive to create a farm to table approach on our plates and work closely with local farmers and artisans to create and experience rather than just a "meal".
